jACKLIN - WORST EVER COMPANY-NO RESPONSE+RUDE!

My first experience was with the erratic pricing of the F1 collection where communication was non-existent from Jacklin and would never take responsibility for unfair consumer practices.

My second experience was that I did not want to subscribe to receive all the Military Watches in the collection as there were some that I did not like! I then also asked about purchasing one of the free gift watches. I both instances, I called customer service desk to find out why I had not received a reply to my email and then to find out if I could me accommodated with regard to my questions. I was spoken to by the service consultant with rudeness and unsympathetically. It was all about terms and conditions where eventually I was so frustrated that i put the phone down!
