Jacklin lawsuit

Former Jacklin Enterprises, now Econovix has set up a website where by customers can settle their accounts that has been linked to their profiles on their website (no more debit orders). However some accounts weren't linked properly. They are unavailable via phone and not replying to numerous email requesting the correct linking of accounts. Long story short. Jacklin enterprises is unreachable. Received my sms saying I was handed over today. Jumped on the phone and spoke to Them and they are aware of the problem. I settled account immediately and sent proof of payment.

If anyone has had a similar experience today please contact me via email (***). I would like to start a mass lawsuit against the now Econivix. They wrongfully handed my account over and I had to pay NRB risk solutions their fee that was attached. I have proof that I have repeatedly tried to contact Econivix. Thankfully this is now a +- year long headache sorted.
