Last year my credit card was hacked...and since then chaos and absolutely SHOCKING customer service has ensued. The latest installment is that my account was handed over...I settled the same day that I received the email...since then SILENCE. Phone calls go unanswered...emails get sent NEVER to be acknowledged and I don't even know if I will ever be able to complete the Graphic Novel collection I started...
