Jacklin enterprises *****ing money

So jacklin enterprises launched their online shop where one could buy some of their collection items, to which I placed an order on the 27 of November. The debit went off my account 28 November and the email advised delivery to take place within 3 to 5 business days. Today Marks business day number 8 and yet no delivery or items to be found. When I contacted the call center to ask where my order is and when I can expect delivery, I was advised that they cannot find my order. When requesting a refund, I was advised that's not possible either because they won't be able to refund me as the order doesn't exist. I paid R516 to jacklin enterprises for nothing, call it charity if you wish but according to the consumer protection act, I should be able to get my refund since you are unable to deliver. If not, i can always log a complaint of theft against the company since there was no service rendered.
