Jacklin Enterprise suck

Worst service EVER. Debiting my account on wrong dates. I phoned numerous times to change the payment dates but still they don't deliver. One payment bounced because they took the money on the wrong date. I phoned to fix it and to cancel my account. They tell me I owe them money. I agreed to pay it but then they must close my account. I EVEN closed the debit order at the bank. So why do they record phonecalls if they don't even listen to it for themselves?? And what a surprise I got now.....Jacklin Enterprise *****s my money. Again at the wrong date they debit my account with the wrong amount also now. This is *****ING! I have NOT received books for 2 months now....but Jacklin Enterprise takes my money. I will NEVER EVER encourage anyone to join you. Never will I reccommend you to no one! You are the poorest service provider EVER!
