Incomplete subscription

I had a subscription running for the past 3 years for the McLaren F1 model car which consists of 85 issues. To date I have only received 83 and thus can not finish the build without the rest.<br> <br> I have contacted them for the past 6 months ( last issue I received last year sometime ) with regards to the outstanding issues only to be told they don't have stock and not sure when they will? The latest of which now is we have the one issue in our stock room but the other we not sure of ? <br> <br> Then I'm being promised that the supervisor will contact me? That was 4 weeks ago.<br> <br> I have sent them an email requesting the way forward or I am forced to seek legal council as the project is worth R8000 plus and now worth zero? <br> <br> Can anyone send me in the right direction as I now have lost interest in the project and wish to get a refund.
