Ordered an item in December from their website for more than R600.00. The package arrived in January with the wrong item inside.

I made contact with them and they promised to send the correct item. I sent a detailed report on what was wrong and what their warehouse should look for. Low and behold the second package arrived with the exact same incorrect item. Made contact again and they confirmed with their warehouse that the item I ordered wasn't available in the first place (false advertising anyone). They requested that I sent the items I received back via courier at my cost (to be refunded) which I refused.

I received a return label to print (which came out of my pocket to print) to be attached to the parcel. The Post Office, however (my petrol) won't accept the return labeled package. Made contact again with Jacklin Enterprises and again was asked to send it at my own cost back to them.

I will not, it's your mess, you clean it up. I`m taking this matter to the Consumer Protection Commission and Eaglemoss International.
