I ordered a subscription from www.deagostini.com (Dinosaurs and Friends)

<p>the issue that i have is that when i signed up it was free shipping now they charged me R5 extra for the shipping which was never told to me.</p> <p>Then i went back to the website today and they added in the R5 P&P. This is called *****ing.</p> <p>Also i get 4 items in one box so then surely it should be R5 for the 4 items but they have it as R20 this is ridiculious.</p> <p>Very bad ethic.</p> <p>Then i said i am really thinking about cancelling my Subscription and no please sir we can rectify this jsut msut i go ahead and cancel your subscription? i mean really they must be doing well as thewy willing to lose customers.</p>
