i make payment they list me

i ordered two sets of books and paid both on the 5th and 6th of September 2017. i started receiving emails stating i never paid for one set. i sent them proof of payment and now they list me with NRB Risk Solutions. how can i get my name back for ******* they cause. please dont get books from them they are disgusting
