I cancelled my membership but they keep on sending books

<p>In May this year i cancelled my sons membership with the disney book club which is run by Jacklin Enterprised. Nothing was mentioned to me by Megan Simons the agent who helped me that I would need to cancel the Disney Year Book membership separately. I am under the impression that Megan has done all of it. A few months go by and in November the year book is sent stating that i need to pay R179.99 for the book! I have spoken to a few agents but the service they provide is terrible and i feel that their service is *********. They will not collect the book either and now expect me to pay to have it returned to them via the post office. I've indicated that the book will need to be collected as I am not going to inconvenience myself in returning it when i have cancelled my membership. </p> <p> </p> <p>The manager was meant to contact me 2 weeks ago aleady and I am still waiting for a call. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never refer anyone to sign up to the disney book club, they are the worst company to do business with they have no values and are very *********.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
