Since September 2014 I have been debited for books that I have not received to date. In total 12 issues are outstanding that I have paid R839.40. When you query it via call center or email you have employees that lie and make promises that still has not been delivered on. What is strange my books do not make it to the post office but their invoices for payment arrive on time to ensure that their payment is received. Now when I request a refund or the books I paid for I get no response. <br> Below are the names of the people I have liaised with: Liezel, Rita, Khotsi, Florencne, Pershuscha and Gail. <br> Let see with this complaint that I will get a response
