Handed over to NRB without any notification

<p>subscribed to thier F1 Car Collection last year</p> <p>they ran out of stock from issue 14 and never got back to me when they recieved anything in.</p> <p>the agreement was they send me the issues with a statment then i make a payment.</p> <p>as i have issues in the past where i pay for issues and never recieved it.</p> <p>a year later i get an sms stating i have been handed over to NRB for an outstanding amount</p> <p>after numerous of mails back and forth i paid what ever they asked so that they can start sending</p> <p>me the outstanding issues. Now they wont send them to me as i need to pay NRB charges.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is radiculous. They have all my contact details where they could of sent me a notification that</p> <p>i was going to be handed over before doing so. Now that i have paid what ever amount they have</p> <p>outstanding they wont release my issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is an utter joke. This collection is / was for my dad and now his sitting with a half a collection</p> <p>and i am sitting with issues in getting the rest out of them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I please need this to be resolved ASAP. </p>
