***** and theft

I ordered a subscription online last year giving my credit card details. Received the first 2 issues, which was deducted from my credit card. Then the post office went on strike, and no deliveries were received, but the subscription was still deducted every month. After the third deduction I phoned them and they sent the outstanding issues via a courier. At the end of that month, they deducted the entire amount for the stuff sent by courier even though they had already deducted the amount over the previous months!! I went and saw my attorney who recommended that I contact them and inform them that I will be returning everything they had sent me together with a letter demanding that all monies deducted by them had to be refunded. The total amount was over R1400. They made a payment into my account of R314!! I phoned them when I noticed this in my account, upon which the consultant told me he would speak to his \boss"and phone me before the end of the day. This was 4 days ago!! This morning I tried to phone them and got the message that all the service consultants are on training! This is utter ***** and theft.. Beware of ordering anything from them. You will regret it!!!!
