I urge anyone wanting to order anything to NOT do it. This company is ridiculous. I ordered figurines I receive 1 out of 4 and an incorrect one. The items I received was in a very poor state. The boxes was damaged and it was extremely dusted and looked used. I spent +R600 on it so I decided to get a refund. I had to post the items back, with my own money; as there is no collection process. It’s been days since the items was delivered and I’m still not refunded. And every time I phone I get conflicting responses about time frames.

I had placed two seperate order they aren’t even refunding me For the other one even tho they’re seperate they processing it once which doesn’t make sense .

Please do not order it’s not worth it. They are ********. Pathetic consultants and customer service. There’s no order and system in this company. They don’t know what they’re doing. They also ********ly deduct money from peoples account after a subscription is cancelled. Very very poor service
