False billing

I stoped a subscription for something sweet as the poast is delayed and when it arrives the items are broken. Also I Cancelled in September 2015 and the 16th of Oct 2015 I re-send the e-mail to the same address to only recive a mail back the next day informing me that my subscription was cancelled but that there is a notice period of 28 days ( Note they advertise before you sign up that you can cancel at any time ) <br> <br> The mail also stated that there is still an amount due of 199.00 for issues that was allocated and that I must please alow the payment.....<br> <br> Note : the Beginning of October 199 was taken of my bank and according to the mail another 199.00 was due on my account that I must alow this went of my bank beginning nov 2015 and beginning Dec 2015 they took of again 199.00 of witch I reveresd at the bank as the outstanding was paid in Nov as per their mail. I send numerios mails and **** calls instead I am threatened by them.<br> <br> If they black list me I will lay a case of slander against them.
