false billing

I cancelled my subscription and also returned a set of books within the 14 day trial period. I called numerous times to make sure that my membership is no longer active with them and a consultant confirmed that its been cancelled. yet they still double debited my account even after I called on the 28 june 2015 to confirm that no debits will go off. they service is terrible they have bad attitudes and don't ever allow me to speak to management neither do they call me back<br> <br>
