Fail to deliver and Damaged items

Dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare. I got my subscription through them as I though it would make things easier and more convenient however that has not been the case. <br> I've been 8 issues behind for the past 9 months, at one stage I was missing 14 issues. <br> They have sent me 3 different books that have been damaged, broken edges, pen marks and random gunk stuck on the cover. <br> They use a useless delivery service and now want to charge me for their mistakes and failed delivery.<br> I cant get through to just one person to help me as the email address they gave me is managed by multiple people hence the constant confusion. <br> I have been having issues with this company non stop, and it has been the worst mistake ever to get anything through them. I'm now ready to cancel my subscription and have a feeling that that is going to be a nightmare on its own.
