Econovix (formerly jacklin enterprises) is now threatning to hand me over for not wanting to pay via their sketchy data mining website

I have received an email asking to settle the outstanding amount on my Warhammer Legends subscription (R599.60).

I am more than willing to settle the amount owing, HOWEVER, I am not willing to register on your online payment system when I took out the subscription I did not sign up for some online platform, which is why I stopped paying in the first place. I originally wanted to settle and cancel my subscription, but when I phoned your company all I got was an automated message stating that all queries would be handled through, you guessed it the online platform (again which I have absolutely no intention on registering on.) I sent emails to which I received no reply, you effectively cut me off from communication with your company and now you have liked your wounds and deemed me worthy of communication again and what do I get? Threats.

I cannot believe that you never consulted with your customers before making such a drastic change to your business policy, and I am unsurprised that you came into financial difficulties as a result, yet you are still pushing people to "register and pay" and threatening them with legal action to boot (real classy), frankly I find it obtuse and severely short-sighted, I surmise it was so you could get rid of staff and "maximize profits."

After saying all that I will freely admit that I am owing the sum of R599.60 and fair is fair I am willing to pay that amount and be done with your company, I however am unwilling to register on your platform to do so, kindly furnish me with banking details and a reference to use and I will EFT the money over to you immediately and forever be done with you people.

I also suggest that if you want your company to survive you hire a proper PR manager, and a call center to handle queries (it costs money to make money.)
