`Disney Book Club

I joined the Disney Book club and agreed to the delivery of intro pack and 2 additional books per month. I received a few deliveries, no problem. In the same month as my last deliveries I was sent 2 extra consignments - a calendar and a year book. I requested to have these returned as they have a 28 day period in which you may return unwanted stock. <br> <br> I contacted them in November and someone advised they will dispatch the return waybill, This was only done when I contacted them again on 01/12/15. <br> <br> I had contact with them on 03/12/15, 14/12/15, 21/12/15, 23/12/15, 05/01/15 and still have received no waybill to return these goods - they did however threaten to hand me over to their debt collectors - baring in mind that I requested the return when I received the delivery! <br> <br> I have asked to escalate the query and mark it as urgent as I will not pay for goods which I do not intend on keeping - no one has bothered to make contact with me and my contact number has been in EVERY email sent to their office. Judging from amount of bad feedback on this site and the lack of response from this company, clearly I'm not the only one.<br> <br> I have since cancelled my membership, its PATHETIC!!!
