Did not receive goods paid for, bad/no response

We did not receive the books we paid for.<br> <br> Upon inquiry, we received the worst copy-paste email response did not address our query at all.<br> <br> We cancelled our contract and they are still billing us 5 months later, where we are receiving books we very clearly stated we do not want. We have not at all heard about the books we want and paid for - they are simply not giving us our product we paid for.<br> <br> Now we are not receiving a response from them at all, but they are still billing us and we still do not have what we paid for.
