Debit for books that I don't have

I mean I am becoming irratable, because how can I get debited for books I don't have and without any communication whatsoever,if I was having an outstanding amount they could have done that not after more than 6 months to just have the need to just debit my account, and for them to bring it back they will tell me about a 30-day return policy,I mean this is Bull**** if u ask me. I dont have time to go to the bank and reverse this because it costs money and time. I REALLY HATE YOU JACKLIN ENTERPRISES
