Cancelled membership, still receiving packages for which they keep me responsible

<p>About a year and a half ago I specified to Jacklin that I don't want to receive any more promotional items to view. I only continued with receiving the Disney Storybooks. And a year ago I cancelled my membership with them completely. A month ago I all of a sudden received a yearbook 2017 - promotional item - from them again which I am not interested in and wasn't supposed to receive. Now they say I am responsible for the cost of postage back to them or I have to pay for the book which they sent to me without consent from my side.</p> <p> </p> <p>Beware of this business. They create different nrs for everything, which you are not aware of when cancelling membership and then they say but you didn't cancel. They say the membership nr is different than the one I cancelled last year. Why do they have different membership nrs for one person? I only became a member once for which I from the start specified that I want to receive the Disney Books only and nothing else. Now they say but you automatically get subscribed for their yearbook and calender if you are a member, which of both they create different numbers. How can they subscribe you automatically for all kinds of other items which you didn't ask for and in actual fact specified that you don't want it? But they are still keeping me liable for it.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a big fight they eventually posted me a 'postage will be paid by addresse' sticker with their address on which I can put on the package to post it back to them. Got to the post office just to find out that they don't want to accept the package like that because Jacklin Enterprise doesn't pay their bills that they owe to the post office. </p> <p> </p> <p>I Asked them to let me know as soon as they've sorted it out with the post office sothat I can post it back. Now they are back to where we have started: saying I am responsible for the postage myself. Why then sent me a 'postage will be paid by addressee' sticker in the first place? </p>
