Breach of Contract yet we must still pay

JACKLIN ENTERPRISES is the worst company to do business with. We have signed up for 2 different contracts, one for helicopters and one for tanks. These items were supposed to become collectors items for our child, but we have barely received any of these items since 2013. They also handed us over to pay a small amount on the accounts and we have advised them that no further payments will be made until we get answers to where the rest of our tanks and helicopters are.
