Being charged for Issues after written cancellation!

Worst service ever! You do not receive the Issues you order and then months down the line (after not receiving any Issues and sending them a written cancellation) they send an old Issue out of the blue. Then they have the nerve to send you a Invoice threatening you with a collection bureau. I have all the emails a proof that I never received my orders and their response are a joke. All lies as they most certainly do not know what they said in their previous response. A lot of money for very poor service.
