bad service

Well my ordeal started when I was contacted by this company to buy books for my son, I was offered a free set of books and a free bag. I agreed and 3 books arrived with no backpack, I had then decided not to be a subscriber and subsequently cancelled.thereafter I contacted them to ask which books I can return. I had to returne 2books and keep one as per their instruction. It took an age to do so as they kept posting the return label to the wrong recipient. All through august,september,October and November I awaited a return label.whilst sending numerous emails requesting it, eventually it arrived and I posted the books back, now on 17 March I receive a new set of 3 books for which I DO NOT want!!! Sent through yet another mail and get told a return label will be sent once again and I must return them however pay R314.91 that's my outstanding balance!! This is ****************. My account is cancelled yet I get sent books and I'm liable to pay and return them!! What the hell!!
