Bad customer service

I have done payments since November 2019, but still not received my orders.

Last week Wednesday, 15 January, they contacted me and asked that I collect my order from them. I did so on Frday, 17 January 2019.

When I arrived home later that afternoon, so excited to get my books. I reiceived knit & Sritch books instead of my Big & Little crochet books. I was also incoiced for six (6) books bit only receiced only four (4) books.

I have been trying to call them since Friday afternoon, to no avail. I also have sent dour (4) emails sinxe Friday 17 January 2019 and srill no reply drom anyonu ar Jacklyn Enterprises or Econovix.
