Bad Company do not order from them

<p>I phoned last week in connection with a 2017 year planner I received in the post, and explained that I cancelled this subscription earlier this year, I was informed that I had to cancel the year planner as well and I said that I was not informed that I had to cancel this separately, I then said that I did not want the year planner and was told I can send it back the lady I spoke to said she would send me a return receipt that I can take to the post office, YesterdayI phoned your call centre and was advised that this was never done, I was also advised that it would be send through the post and this was not what I was told when I phoned last week, she said that it would be send via email, I then said that they should not put through any debit orders for this amount, as I do not want it and I was under the impression that this was cancelled with the other subscription as I was not told otherwise. The lady said that my account details was removed and nothing will go through, what a suprise this morning when I got an sms that a debit for this year planner was deducted from my account today. when I phoned this morning I was told they could not tel me why this happened and I should go to the bank and get it reversed. I got attitude from the call centre agent Tanya, and was told when asked to speak to a supervisor that they only come in at ten. dont ever order from these people</p>
