ANGRY!!!!!!

I am also ****OFF for JACKLIN (Bookclub) I took arrangement to pay when I received the books with statement because I heard lots of stories that people getting bill and never receiving the books. After I received the books I made EFT payments. After I made the payment, the next month they charge me double when I tried to explain to them with bank statements they still say the money has been refers but on my statement it does not shows that. I spoke Pamla, Silondile & Norry trying to explain with bank statements but still they threatened me with legal action. My advice please do so ( This is going to cost you lots of money I have proof I did the payment, I don't even care if it just R180. I will not pay it twice...... Very Angry
