ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PATHETIC PLACE

I Subscribed to the disney book club for my daughter!! First 3 months were fine! then I started receiving duplicates, I sent them back. and again received duplicates.

I have sent all the duplicates back so should owe nothing!!

Yet they are a bull**** company and do not take customer service seriously.

My account is now in arrears and I am gatvol of this ****ty service.

If this issue is not resolved i will be taking this further.
