Unprofessional services and faulty products

Bought a Jackery Explorer 500 portable power station in December 2022 and brought it back in January 2023 because it was faulty. Outdoor Warehouse then sent it to the supplier to be fixed under warranty. It was sent back to me, used it for a couple of weeks and the same issue occurs. I sent it back to Outdoor Warehouse and was resent to the supplier. Their attitude after the return of the product was unhelpful and unprofessional to me as a consumer. I refused to take the product back and now they are refusing to refund me. This repairing process was so prolonged, that theyre now telling me that its outside of the warranty period and I cant be refunded. I want nothing to do with the Jackery brand / product and services, I just want my money back!
