Fantastic Customer Service & a Product that Lasts

I bought seat covers from Jackal-Berry Canvas 8 years ago. I have been so pleased with the covers which are machine washable and have lasted all this time keeping the car's leather seats underneath in pristine condition. Unfortunately due to obvious wear and tear, the driver's seat covers have started getting thin on the edge where I climb in. I contacted Charmaine at Jackal-Berry to find out if I could buy just one seat cover as I didn't need a whole set. She asked me to bring in the cover and they repaired it, AT NO COST. I am so impressed with this service!!
