Worst Investment You Can Ever Make

Have been here since August 2020. Did not know of the issues here before I moved. Electricity outages almost every day for hours on end. They blamed Zandspruit, next door, for the outages saying they were *****ing power and had ******* connections. Just a tiny amount of rain, and the power would go off for hours. Then they promised us that it would be sorted once they installed new lines. Since January 2021, things seemed to be looking up after the new lines were installed. At the start of Winter, right at the beginning of June and one of the coldest Winters ever, the problems started again. The power goes out at around the same time almost every night for close to four hours at a time. And we are left to brave the cold in the coldest apartments ever, while praying for the lights to come back. Forget being able to cook after 6PM. You're playing with fire. Estate now blames the Eskom substation for the issue. But when we are out, everyone else around us is on, including the '*******s' at Zandspruit. Who powers them? We get load shredded for 2 and half hours, then we have to deal with the estate not having power after that. To top it off, sometimes half the estate has power while the other half doesn't! Management refuses to take any responsibility or action. Bunch of the laziest, most stupidest people in charge. Don't EVER come here unless you want to pay high amounts of rent/rates/levies and want to live like a beggar.
