5 years and power supply issues still not resolved. On top of load shedding there are frequent electricity outages. Their excuse - ******* connections to the Eskom power lines.

Well the developer built many more houses and flats than they registered with the municipality. I guess the powerlines can simply not support the load.

The developer built more units than registered, rents them out yet does not pay levies, not pay water, not pay rates and taxes, not pay pikitup service.

Residents are charged for municipality waste water, yet there has not been an official bill by the municipality in years. In fact there is a waste water treatment facility on site ... The estate has suffered from inside burglar / theft for years but only now they are installing security cams to watch the roads. Many flats and houses installed burglar bars ... in a supposedly secure estate.

Trustees do whatever they want, change body corporate landscapes, walls, roofs, entrances, yet demand everyone else adhere to their rules.

There are many estates to chose from. Be wise. Takes this information to heart.
