Poor service

Eskom and jackal Creek Golf Estate rob residents off our rates and taxes and don’t care as they keep us without electricity for over 12 hours , we need to work from home but we can’t cause we have no electricity how will we afford to pay rent or electricity if we get fired .... this is ridiculous jackal Creek Golf Estate has no care for its residents , some people have infants and some have elderly people..... I truely regret moving here there’s no sense of empathy, worst of all when you leave the Estate the robots and opposite complex have electricity, why don’t jackal Creek Golf Estate use that line for electricity????
