I placed an order via the appetite app for food and thereafter I received a message from the jackal creek restaurant informing me that my order had been rejected and had not gone through. AI proceed to call to find out what had happened however no one answered, an hour later I was called and informed that my order was ready and that someone by the name of Thomas had called to inform me of this which was untrue and that i was expected to pay for an order that i was informed would not go through and was not in possession of. Long story short this not the first incident I've had with them, needless to say I won't be going there again
