waitess using profanity infront of customers

We went to jack Salmon restaurant for dinner and were seated near the door. During our meal an argument was started by a waitress with the manager. I was so shocked when she started swearing at him using very bad language. The Manager apologised for the waitress conduct but why should he and customers put up with this woman's bad attitude and profanity. She should be fired.
