Jack Once Productions: Photo and Videography services in Bloemfontein

WE PAID (R16 500) for Deal 02 (R6 500 PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES), Deal 5 (R6 500 VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES) and Deal 9 (R3500 SOUND SYSTEM) end of 2019. Despite several prompts, even today (07-January-2022) we have not received our packages for deals 2 and 5, which is so sad and disappointing, especially since we initially trusted their services. He is NOT RESPONDING to all our communications (Facebook & WhatsApp messages, emails and calls are not going through), and sadly we don't even know his new office or locations. So much stress as we are seeking for ways to get what is due.
