**** service from store manager

On the 31st Aug I have asked a friend to view a takkie for my son (Air Jordan first class(bt) she has spoken to the manager Nick and requested to keep the takkie aside for me,which has been done as I have then called in to say I will be taking the takkie but busy at work so will callback later.I then called again and he has advised he will keep it aside for me as I was looking to lay by the takkie and get my friend around that day or the next which was agreed upon, he also then said as it is on line he can not stop people from purchasing it on line which can not be stopped which I understood.The following day my friend goes and was advised by staff that the takkie has now been sold as there was not sticker advising that this takkie is kept aside for me taking into account that this was the last one left, I then called in to Nick who was nothing but completely and utterly disrespectful as he just spoke over me and had a stinking attitude.I then explained that I was highly upset as it was his fault that the takkie was sold as he has not placed the sticker on the takkie stating that it was taking.He then went above me to say he never said he will keep it aside which in fact was a lie as the staff found the takkie in a cupboard, which means that it was taken off the self as agreed and kept aside. I am highly ****ed off at the stink attitude of this manager Nick who refused to give his surname and ended the call on me what type of manager is he?.I want this dealt with as I am the customer and I have requested this takkie 1st I am really ****ed off as I have been searching everywhere and I can not find it anywhere else. I want this manager dealt with and I want my sons takkie!!!!!!!
