Poor online shopping experience

Pathetic service, ordered a polo shirt which was my size but it was extremely oversized I had to request an exchange which I have to pay R100 for courier services for the exchange. Paid the amount and now they are telling me it hasn’t reflected although I sent proof of payment. Keep in mind I have to initiate every bit of communication.
