<p>Good Day</p> <p>I lay-byed my son a pair of sneakers which cost me R1200 i collected it in December.I only notice it about a month ago that i was given the wrong size i emailed them on the 31st of Jan 2017 to let them know what i discovered and i was advice my Amina that i need to come in and speak to Carlo.I went on Saturday 25th Feb 2017 to speak to Carlo regarding the wrong size sneaker i was given,his words back to me was if i fitted on a 1.5 that is what i will get,but i never asked for a 1.5 i asked for a size 2 sneakers so in my essence what i asked for from the sales lady she was supposed to give me that size cause she is the person that get the sneakers and give it to the customers.Their argument was why did i wait 2 months to return the sneakers.They were not interested in my explaination and what i have to say.I was so upset that i took the sneakers and left their in a very bad way.This is not the first time that this has happended to me.</p> <p>Please see below lay-bye terms & conditions which i copy from their website</p> <p>Lay-By Terms and Conditions:</p> <p>Layb-byes can only be done IN STORE<br /> 10% Deposit, 3 Months to Pay it off<br /> No Style changes, Only size changes allowed on a Lay-bye<br /> No refunds, Only credit notes allowed (Credit note can not be used to Laybye, only as a Final Payment)<br /> Cancellations: Subject to a 10% cancellation Fee<br /> No Lay-bys will be accepted on Mens sized Air Jordan Retro styles.</p> <p>Naomi Caesar - ********** 162 - ********** <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Naomi</p>
