AWAITING ORDER

I ordered sneakers online and paid in full. Weeks later it still shows unfulfilled. I contacted them but did not receive a sufficient answer. Tried to call but the line got cut multiple times. I rather want my money back because to wait weeks for an online order is outrageous. Even if I have to return the item, I will still have to pay for it myself. Would not recommend, rather buy somewhere else
