Pathetic bad service &dismissive staff

I paid Jack n Jill hiring to deliver and also collect the chairs I hired from them for my wedding. It is now 3 days after my wedding and the chairs have still not been collected from my venue. After numerous calls to Nicolette the contact person at Jack n Jill Hire who is extremely rude and dismissive , the chairs remain uncollected after we've been **** to that chairs had been collected by their driver they remain unapologetic about their poor service and point blank rude actually. As a result my venue who has other functions planned today has been inconvenienced and we may now have to forfeit our venue deposit due to Jack and Jill poor service delivery and add to that poorly trained , ill-mannered staff. It is really frustrating that 3 days into my honeymoon I am having to stress about chairs being collected from a venue after Jack n Jill was paid for this service. It appears they've also removed their review option from their Facebook page as the few reviews people have left on their page are all of a negative nature and all seems to refer to poor service or failure to deliver. In retrospect I should've read their reviews before booking their service. I doubt they'll respond to this post as I don't think they to phased about a bad reputation but this serves as more of a warning to future brides to steer clear of this pathetic service provider to avoid much angst before and after your big day.
