Bad attitude given to us

Its 7:30PM Friday evening and we are about to prepare for our annual UV party and we bought everything that's needed for our glow in the dark party only to find out 2 items from the 8 items we have ordered have delivered.<br> A lady by the name of Linda told me she cant do anything about it and its not her problem that whoever from the factory did not notify them. <br> Its not our problem too the only thing we needed was the things we payed for.<br> It is the rudest thing to hang up the phone while the client is trying to explain their frustrations.<br> You should never work with this company.
