Faliure to conclude process he was paid for

<p>I was refered to Jack Hajibey to do the Conveyancing / Transfer of the property I sold. In a personal meeting with him he assured me it is part of the paid for process, to recover the three month municipality account the seller must pay in advance. He also promised me due to knowing after the sale of my house, I would be relocating to Western Cape that I must not worry he will see to it that the total process and recovery of the mentioned will be done by him.</p> <p>So, a few months down the line when I enquired when I am getting my money, his secretary tells me Jack Hajibey refuses to recover the above mentioned however he is prepared to do it at a cost. I cannot believe the LAW Society lets attorneys get away with not concluding processes they have fully been paid for.</p> <p>In my eyes nothing but a con-artist and once he has you as a client, he will milk you as far posible although he knows he has already been paid to do the recovery of money owed to the seller by the municipality.</p> <p>I have now sent him an email to his offices asking him why he hasnt recovered my money from the municipality which he was paid for. I guess I will have to get Carte Blanche to look into the way certain attorneys dont conclude their services they were paid for. I guess my next step is Law Society and hear what they have to say!</p>
