Tremendous customer experience

Firstly I would just love to comment on Jack Friedman Diamonds that are forever sparkling. I cant get my rings off my hands. You know why course there's no dull moment with their diamonds. They are glowing, sparkling and beautiful eye clean diamonds.

Secondly There's a lady by the name of Debbie from Sandton branch ooh my God what a fantastic lady with warm welcome and so much experience and understanding customers needs. When I went in there with little knowledge of what exactly am I looking for she was the one who made everything perfect. Even though there was a minor mistake with my ring she took it back without hesitation and guess what their TAT was exactly as they told. Debbie will interact with me and keep me up to date. Even though I kept on changing now and again she would be patient with me and honestly I have never experience that anywhere else. On top of that I got a smart gift from the shop for being their client. Who gets that nowadays!!

Lastly To you Debbie Keep up being a peoples person and providing superior customer experience. I love being there every moment as long as I'm gonna see your smiling face. There's no dull moment with you. ppsss... and keep learning those languages I know you are trying so hard ha ha ha ha .
