Going Beyond the EXTRA MILE...

<p>3 years Ago I bought Wedding rings from Jackfriedman Jewellers in Eastgate, the service we received from the consultant sold us. it was amazing.</p> <p> </p> <p>last year December October i realized my ring had lost shape and its not supposed to as it is a platinum ring.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to the store with the rings and they tried to explain that i could have been caeless i also stood my ground and pt facts onthe table eventually we had to come to an agreement.</p> <p> </p> <p>i wanna stand on Top of the highest peak and tell the world that Howard Freiedman gave me the Best service, he concluded in making me a complete new set of the Ring , just to live up to his Brand and make his customer happy. it was going totake 3 weeks withoit my ring and guess what , 3 weeks came he delivered the ring looks a thousand times better than the first one. Jack friedman outlived their Brand we are happy customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wish all business people could take ownership at their work and the service they give people. and virca versa as a customer when you have receiveed exceptional service admit and say Thank you.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is my Thank you to them , I am a happiest customer and for that they have retained me and I will definately recommend them at any point, to any one...</p>
