Bad service

So we bought an engagement ring at Jack Friedman about 3 months ago. Within 2 months the supposed good quality ring was bent so badly they had to make me a new one. I do not do any heavy lifting or work with my hands so I do not understand why this happened. After we gave the ring in for them to fix, they did not provide feedback unless we called to find out what was going on. The ring weighed twice as much as it did initially (meaning that the first ring they gave me was probably of poor quality). I still have not received my ring, as they are trying to understand why it weighs twice as much as before. Really unhappy with the service as we thought that Jack Friedman Jewelers is a reputable company.
