Please avoid these guys. They do more damage than good.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. We were recent victims of Jack Appliances. Our freezer stopped working and found them through Google Ads - they were super responsive on whatsapp and came to assess. After paying R1950 for a "repair" - we ended up with a fridge freezer in worse condition than before they arrived. It hasn't worked since and am not able to get hold of them. I have subsequently found out that there are a lot of companies like this - please beware... The legitimate repair guys won't touch your appliance after these guys have been.
