They came out to"fix"our fridge, washing machine and microwave. They didn't even touch the washing machine and said they can't fix it. The microwave they did nothing to as well. With the fridge they claimed to have fixed it and said it will take 15 minutes to get cold. 15 minutes later and after they had left the fridge is still not working. We have been trying to get hold of them and they keep saying they are on their way but never pitch. Everytime we call they give another name or say they are in meetings or the phone is charging which makes no sense. The names they give are Allistair, Ashley, Zecco, Prosper, Jack and even a female. This is a **** 100%. There are 3 numbers they use which are **********, **********, **********, their address is 24 Parklands Main Road. What makes it worse they said they will refund us if we removed our review which we did and then they haven't responded again, no refund. They basically stole our money.
