jack and joan parow centre what a buch of *********** fools

My daughter purchase lingerie at this lingerie shop in Parow Centre. She put on the bra and it torn loose at the strap at top. She went back to the store as she did not even have the opertunity to wear it. The staff was very unhelpfull and rude. She ended up speaking to the store owner, had same rude attitude and had no compassion for her situation. She left underwear and tillslip at the store waiting on the owner to let her know what he is going to do to solve the problem!!!!!In this economy if you have no compasion for what you do or treat your customers with respect they deserve you might as well close your doors.
